Rune of Breaking

So with Rune of breaking converting items from Will to Int.........does it work on talismans?
Or would you have heal gear with Int tallies? (assuming you are going "dps")

Yes it does convert talisman, though I would still recommend using willpower talisman to save yourself the hassle of needing to cycling Rune of Breaking every time you zone.

Actually intel = willpower wichever mode is used, since all item stats are automatically converted to the same stat.

So you can use intel talismans, intel items all the way even if you go full healer, as well as full willpower stuff if you want to do damage.

When rune of breaking if off, all intel > willpower, and the other way around when it's ON. ;)

Basically treat intel and willpower as the exact same stat when it comes from items/talismans/set bonuses.

Doesn't apply to renown or tactics though

Which means you can have both WP and INT in your staff, to get +48 INT from talis.
