No, I'm saying that that's what they'd have to do to keep it in line with the other dps careers since you want it to be a full on dps career. "No survivability?" that's what guard and heals are for. Choppas and Slayers have the shittiest detaunt of them all and they're the ones that need it the most.
Why should WPs/DoKs be exempt?

Why should WPs/DoKs be exempt?
Because even in the hypothetical situation in which WPs lackluster damage is fixed, they still lack many of the debuffs that DPS classes have to amplify damage on a target. WP can't reduce armor, can't reduce resistances, ect. Most importantly, they have practically zero appreciable AOE. What other melee DPS classes have no real AOE again? Witch Hunter/Witch Elf. Both of which have a good AOE detaunt. If Wrath is going to be the single target skullcrusher it's supposed to be, then it has to retain its detaunt, or it is immediately melted in a fight. Additionally, 'guard and heals' is not an acceptable rebuttal to the problem when considering a class in and of itself.
