I can confirm that declare anathema can be parried by any class, happened to me with choppas, chosens, etc. I parried the mirror WE ability as well.
When u get parried, u don't get the punt and the enemy is not staggered.

A fix is pending for next patch . Open bug tracker ticket instead of discussion if you want things to be fixed . Hopefully someone did for you.

Again this stuff....skill suppose to be parryable but the punt should fire anyway that was last aza itieration which is also how it worked on live. If the behaviour is not this , report it on bugtracker thx

it shouldn't be parryable, or all WH/WE could delete their characters
