Wrath spec WP should be as tanky and do as much dps as 2 handed chosen, black orc, sword master, black guard, kotbs, IB. Either by self sustaining heals, or increased parry. The only viable tactics come at a ridiculous cost. 20 percent heal reduction for 25 percent damage increase which is not enough. It should be at least 50 percent damage increase or lower the healing decrease to 10 percent. Or 20 percent critical increase and 20 percent parry for 10 percent heal reduction. This class is a Healer hybrid. With a necessary 40 percent heal reduction to gain minimal dps stats. Those 2 tactics are the biggest problem outside the dps rotation.

Problem with making dps healers true hybrids that could fill a archetype role is they become oppressive in pug environments. AM/Shamans and dok/wp previous buffs that had to be rolled back for example. From some of the healing Ive seen geared doks doing while getting decent damage they are already over that line again.

I would be perfectly happy with the DPS they do right now if the healing wasnt trash as well. Wrath is not a viable spec for anything and thats the problem. It should emulate play style then. It doesnt emulate anything well.

What? No. You're literally asking for them to be as tank-y and dps-y as 2H tanks, PLUS healing ability. That's not how balance works.

Threads like these make me happy that the devs require big proposals to be created and discussed before any balance suggestions are considered.

You should get one thing. Survivability. High healing or high damage. The main problem with balance is that some classes have always had far too much. Its why balance was **** on live. DoK/WP were a broken experiment by Mythic that only ever harmed balance. Same with kotbs/chosen mechanic making half the buffs of other classes practically irrelevant.

Let's not pretend that balance was worse on live.

Except it was? Live was horribly imbalanced

You should probably re read what I wrote...... Tanky from self healing.
