I agree that Eye Shot shouldn't be attached to any skill tree as it was on live.

But man, telling that Scout tree isn't good...its just not true :)

It is true. The damage from Fester (the main reason you go Scout) is subpar compared to the risk you take when you stand still for 3 seconds. Add to that the high potential of having that one ability dodged and losing most of your burst and you get a mediocre tree.

98ft 3sec rkd combined with 120 initial debuff without any stance/position requirements and 1 sec cast on move should be Core lvl 20 ability, i totaly agree xdd

It never debuffs 120 init. 80-90 max. But SM does. SM's debuffs are the strongest in the game currently
