Maximum mitigation is 75% no matter what. If you really wanted to push spirit resistance there are non set rings and belts that focus on it. You take 3 piece anni or 3 piece merc on some classes, beastlord cloak for the socket, talis are 95 resistance a piece, dont need liniment you can get 378 resist buff from a knight/chosen. Problem is at 40% resistance you get softcapped to 1/3.

I'm looking at after everything I could find 2,040 spirit resistance. Which is 67.18% damage mitigation; 59.68% after being hit with the highest spirit resist possible. Of course this comes at a massive loss to the other ones being at 393 corp, and 161 elemental.

The general idea is to get as close to you can to 669 resistance in every category (Order: Spirit, Elemental, Corp) (Destro: Corp, Elemental, Spirit) for warband environments BEFORE a liniment/group buff that way AoE debuffs don't matter to you and you will still have 40% mitigation without wasting stats due to softcap.
