It's only ur stats value, it doesn't mean that you actually gonna Parry everything, u need to take into consideration enemy Strikethrough values aswell.
It works like AntiCrit, ur character window will show 0% but you will still be critted because u dont see enemy crit values.

Avoidance levels on Perfect Balance with HTL up are simply sick...


Not to mention that with 2H WoDS u can reach 100% easy...

Hey Xergon, why do you not lower chance to be crit? Is avoiding and mitigation better than lowering crits?

Is it better to avoid full damage of ability or just critical part of it ? At 46 RR i dont see any way to go full anticrit...

Tactics and renown stacks.....

Wods dont stack just with parry buff....

Sm S+b is the tank with the highest avidance in game (and destru dont gave rampage) so is definetly worth invest in the strong point for rvr.
+Hardly concession (again rvr wb).

Then vaul buff and any sm is ready for rvr. But 2h ia cooler.

I agree with the sm has the best avoidance in order side, however the mitigation of sm is so bad. Both kotbs and ib have 50 and 20% dmg deduction skill and tactics.

Sm will die instantly whatever u hv high level of avoidance. 100% of disrupt, parry do not mean u can avoid the dmg prefectly.

Agreed, but SM has more Selfhealing and ShieldBubbles.

The higher avoidance potentialy mean more dmg reduction also with a more poteny absorb bubble ( no ICD as emp/chaos tactics and higher value) on vault buffer mean that stacking tougness is much miuch more effective on sm than anyother tank (togheter for diff reason with bg). It's harder tough reach high level with only rugged at disposition but since you have more avoidance you can use unortodox builds construction with gear via set mixing probably. (Just imputs as my sm is 2h).
And well yes always remember hardly concession for wb.

Best thing about bubble build is that you can't crit into absorb.
