Its pretty useless and can't be relied upon. Pop it, hope you won't get snared and use flee is mandatory. You got snared? (+50% of the time) You're now a snared fleeing dead SW. :) unless you're Assault specced, then it works best as gap closer, popping it on someone in the front line to get to the back line.

Isnt stickyfeet and whirling pin suppose to fire off when used instead of being delayed; saw this on a patch note but I havent seen it changed yet, maybe they are still working on it
