Better question here is if you see that many parry, why are you still hitting that target? Learn to pick your fights.

Pretty much this, form group, find the solo players, kill them, corpse jump and cowpie basically.

Would think that as a principle tactics which grant abilities, resource damage driven from attacks on them should have internal cooldown.
Much like the moral tactic in the list for BO which does have an internal CD

but the topic is not about the duel of WE and Slayer, but about the possibility of killing ONLY one tactic even with a significant difference in equip

yea everyone can get riposte and stack parry but only slayer can bypass ur riposte and parry
and they get high ws therefore higher parry since most slayer stack ws talis and 120 ws tactic combine all these thats very powerful

Riposte damage is increased by slayer/choppa mechanics. That's where the difference is on this. If you watch the vid the slayer was in deep yellow when the fight started.

Witch elf could spec and slot Sharpened Edge and do unlockable damage every time an attack is blocked/parried, but that cant happen more than once every 2 seconds.... the "anti- riposte" that is nowhere near effective and costs spec points vs. Baseline tactic.
