How can a Sorc being mobile with all of these 2 to 3 sec casting time spells? And all the instacast spells being on long CD?

Gloomburst is pretty much the only spell with cast time that have to be casted the rest is dots and insta casts.
Sure, Artic Blast got 2 sec cast time but it's not always you need to use this.

aoe sorc is very mobile. its a lot of ice spikes and infernal wave spam with 1 ticking shadow knives mixed in.

Only 3 spells seems not much for me. And they are short range.
