Can anyone help me find my old armor?

So I can't remember for the life of me where I got my helm appearance from retail. I have just about all the pieces again except cloak, shoulders, and helm.

Cloak's Lotd, so I gotta wait on that. Shoulder's are Bloodlord, so I gotta wait for those too. Gloves are Sovereign, etc. But I can't remember or find so far where I got my old helm. Any help would be great! I'll even toss some gold to anyone who helps me out with info when the server isn't under attack anymore.

Apparently you discovered an item that was never used by Mythic. Ror can use the appearance in the future.
