Updating the Tool Tips in the Career Builder

In the Dec. 8th Change Log it is noted that for the Magus: "The tactic "Surging Power" additionally increases the critical damage inflicted by Flickering Red Fire". This means Flickering Red Fire has it's critical damage increased by 50% along with the other abilities affected by the tactic. This has never been reflected with the tactic description in game or with Career Builder. Career Builder has generally been in line with changes to classes. When will this change be noted?
