WS doesn't even affect parry does it? Getstat with all WS talis on my SW still shows me 3% parry.

Uh, if I recall correctly .getstats shows avoidance as if you are facing someone with softcapped mainstat - which will generally be the case anyways as it comes to dps, hence your avoidance gained through stats gets neglected.
Abbd.: In lower tiers, for example, your natural avoidance gained through stats still shows <some effect>. However given the stats in question are normally hard to come by (WS/INI) or are garbage to stack given their lackluster main conversion (WP)... I dunno how block is handeld on this server.
TLDR: Natural avoidance conversion is neglible in 9/10 cases (the remaining cases being targets that have been majorly debuffed, deftards and everything in between).

However the conversion should still take place - theres some breakdowns from Az and other Devs floating around on the forums.

Getstats only shows additional raw percent parry chances from, for instance, items, tactics or renown points. Thos can't be reduced by the attackers DPS stat. Same for disrupt, dodge and additional block chance.
The parry from WS, dodge from BS, disrupt from INT and block value from a shield is different and calculated directly against the attackers DPS stat and therefore not shown in .getstats.

If WS pen was additive, ws, ini and wp gave hard parry, minus to be crit and disrupt you would open up a lot more options stat specs than just "max main stat then pour all your rr into CW, RD, QE and be pro backpeddler" imo.
