Restore the character

The problem is that I accidentally deleted the wrong character. Could you restore it?
His name is Allistir (KOTBS).
I tried to write GM, but when I can play them there is no network.

Not possible, deletions happen at the database level. It's not like there's a "pending deletions" section that we can just undo.

I dont know if this is pos and neither i'm an expert but in a management system for databases like MYSQL wouldnt be pos to restore a character with a backup of that db?

You dont want to make restores on databases just because someone deleted his toon. Database restores are not fun and use too much coffee and cigarettes. And usually a purge is a purge is a purge.
