T2 Epic Quest Dark Elves

Hi guys, just wondering why i cant find a simple mob.
Searched now for multiple hour and cant find anything.

Step 5 Kill Chronicler Devion all the other Mobs are on the Mark of the Map but cant find anything thats called Chronicler Devion...

Searched already in the Forum about this Quest but no advices for it, Ingame no one response to it >.>..

Would be awsome if somone could teach me the ways of the Q.
