damage not interrupting actions

okay ive run into this a lot
was there a change were channeled attacks or dots dont interrupt actions? e.g. picking up or planting the bomb in talbec dam.
i have three dots ticking showing damage,bunch of waagh doing damage slayer runs up getting damaged calmly picks up the bomb and runs off i follow when he plants same thing

Are you sure the ticks registered? If he popped M1 he has 5s of uncontested capping, if he positions himself well to account for parry arc, too.

possible but just had a warrior priest with me a WE and a Sh all slamming away and calm cap

plus with a sheild i see absorbed not the yellow damage numbers i was seeing on the slayer
