There are vendors that say, 'birthday token and isha icon, Eternal effigy.

I cannot find these from anything. Is there a guide Im missing on how to obtain these rewards?

Birthday token = you earn these by doing the soup questline that starts at your faction AH.

Isha icon, Eternal effigy = you earn these by winning the 6vs6 scenarios Lost temple of Isha and Eternal CItadel
