Note: There are now various gameobjects in all relevant zones, the walkthrough is hardly necessary anymore.

I'd edit it and add information/correct things if it wouldn't keep throwing 'forbidden - access denied' weberrors..

Ello, a little help for fellow order (destro ofc can essentially mirror all steps):

Soup Questline, as far as I've managed to get:
1. Quest
Head to T1 emp, speak to the NPC in the house at 39k/10k.
2. Quest
Grab the bag on the cart at Shrine.
Grab the recipe in the house at Festen.
Grab the bottle at the Docks, behind the crates on the left side of the tower (as you approach docks from Festen).
3. Quest
Kill seagulls infront of the destro warcamp.
4. Quest
Speak to the dwarf in the t2 emp* warcamp.
5. Quest
Queue for Mourkhain, the barrel is located on the right side as you leave the spawn.
6. Quest
Kill maggots in any destro keep in a contested t2 zone, the maggots are located on the 3rd floor of the keep.
6. Quest
Speak to the dwarf in the t3 emp* warcamp.
7. Quest
The snoozeberries are located directly infront of the order warcamp.
The potatoes are located at the destro warcamp in t3 emp, it requires a suicide charge to get them.
The 'mysterious meat' is located inside t3 keeps; courtyard area close to outer wall and posterns. The zone needs to be contested.
Click the pot.
8. Quest
[Use single target cannon next to the questgivers to kill a vulture directly above, loot it.]
Kill a vulture, loot it and click the pot.

9. Quest
Speak to the dwarf in the t4 emp* warcamp.
10. Quest
Kill Gaida Da Laurentiz. <<A bird told me to check the area around Marty's Square. Go minions ~ search the area! Does the NPC require another trigger besides the zone being contested? Searched almost the entirety of Praag. >>
Loot the heart.
Turn the quest in.

NOTE:
Zones have to be contested, but the keeps do not have to be sieged. Make friends with a mdps, have him pick lock into the keep. Make sure to stay in range for the credit, some of the t2 spawns might have to be pulled closer towards the walls.
* Bon Hammer can be found in any warcamp; the start of the quest is fixed to T1 - from [7.] onwards till [9.] it is limited to T3 emp, if I am not mistaken.
