"Marked" proc from Conqueror set.

Hi,
Anyone knows if the "marked" proc from conqueror set for physical RDPS classes (25% chance on hit to buff BS by 100 and reduce Initiative by 100 on target) turns the BS bonus into Strength if using Squig Armor?

Only base stats are converted. Buffs are added on afterward, that includes potions as well. Use the right stuff if you're going full melee. The initiative debuff is still nice though.

Thanks for the tip!
I already play melee with Conq/BL and it's alright. I'm going to stick to Conq for the ini debuff.
