Just remove the all the RNG elements of getting gear from the game, conq subj, genesis, all of it. Especially if most ppl are only mixing in only 2 or 3 pieces of genesis. Let them get their 2 blue bags, pick which 2 they want, and move on with their lives.
Brynnoth Goldenbeard (40/80) (IB) -- Rundin Fireheart (40/50) (RP) -- Ungrinn (40/40) (Engi)-- Bramm Bloodaxe (40/83) (Slayer) and a few Empire characters here or there, maybe even an elf.
