Renow points system

Morning,
sorry tell me what is more ugly than playing 45mins and not receiving any renow points from the kills done (because he had died recently) or because my realm was overpopulated and even keeping the flags doesn't bring benefits anymore.
I have killed 10 ppl, go around the map 45mins and 0 Renow Points !!!
How can I reach a high renow rank by playing with this RvR system?

Unfortunately this problem is even more visible in T1. The malus affects the game heavily and i feel it works the opposite as intended - it basically forces people to blob as only killing huge numbers of enemy will get you enough 10-20rp awards to progress.
