List of things to do when no RvR & long SC queues

What do you guys do when there is no RvR action & Scenario queues are long? Here is my list:
- Level up profession
- Farm PQs for dyes
- PvE queues to level lobbies

B)Gunbad
-farm liniment ingredient ( crits / wounds one)
-farm armor fragment (200 purple)
-farm gear to salvage ( rank40 green)
-farm seeds
C)out of gunbad remaining liniments farm
Yes i like pve stuff

1) search for a party to Speed up queue time
2) try to achieve some crazy ToK unlock (like to kill 100.000 boar)

most of the things here are for dps, but what if i am healer? killing 100 000 boars is not sort of achievement for healers class. Any ideas for healers?

-Work towards some nice appereance gear ( normal / base lairs can be done in 3 or even 2 ).
-run a gunbad group for back appereance

Tanks and DoKs/WPs can farm mob easily too. As Sham/AM & Rune/Zael you can try to obtain some cool Trophy. You get Trophy via ToK, mostly killing some mid level champion. You can search some guide on the Wiki in the ToK section

log in, check if fort soon
if no fort, log out
log in later, check if fort soon
if no fort, log out
endgame gear progression is bit hard these days, personally would recommend playing other games on the side. t2 t3 zones are pretty much dead and no one cares about flags lately, everyone and their grandma has full Vanq on their mains by now and unless you only play 1h per week you should eventually just be stacking up Genesis jewels as well.
