Is a 20 seconds cooldown ability supposed to override M2 ability?
Yesterday on my AM, I saw choppa coming, used M2 to run away but still got pulled in. I tried on two separate occasions.
For those not familiar with Focused Mind morale two ability:
"For the next 10 seconds, you will remove and IGNORE any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your ability will build 50% faster and may not be set back."
Is this intended or is this a bug?

Fm never prevented pulls.
Pull isn't a silence, nor a disarm nor a root, and def not a snare. It is a completely different mechanic from those mentioned in FM.

Do AM have a range punt or not? i know shaman does, so maybe u need to use dat to counter da choppa pull, as soon as u see him gettin close u punt him

So morale TWO ability that aimed to remove all CC from your character EXCEPT pull?
Does pull have any defensive checks?
Ensnare and disarm needs to land, can be block/parried, silence need to land, can be disrupted. I don't know about root but is there a check against pull or is it a 100% chance of landing the pull?

Dont get me started on Rampage completely ignoring ALL snb tanks block m2 both sides gets shat on soooo "Git Ova Ere!"

Pulling/Punts has always been the one thing that FM doesn’t effect. It would be a literal I-WIN button if it didn’t have some way to counter it.
I read somewhere that it doesn’t have a defensive check. I believe this is fine for a 13pt channel ability which selects targets at random.

Oh, well if it can be defended then what is everyone’s problem with it? It gives out more immunities than Magus/BO combined and it’s the most telegraphed ability in the game so it can be interrupted incredibly easy.
