Bastion Set healing reduction (25%), does it stack?

I noticed some mages like Magus can get 25% healing reduction on the 7 piece Bastion set.

Does anyone know if this stacks with the 50% healing reduction from other classes?

Or will the stronger effect simply overlap?

Assuming it functions the same way as Subjugator weapon/other weapons, it won't stack.

Last time I've played on my WH in t3, all 3 points of healing reduction stacked, i.e. Healing bullets, -50% debuff and Guile proc, unless anything changed in the last year or so.

It's a proc, and unless told otherwise, no procs stack with abilities, that is ability/proc effect never stack (largest one stays in effect and weakest one would only be take into calculation once stronger one times out). (only some rare exceptions of abilities might stack with other common abilities)
Ability/proc effect and tactics may stack in some situations, but not in all. Ability/proc + tactic + morale may stack in some situations but not all.
Assuming it is the "-25% less inc heals", it would not stack with other inc healdebuffs. However Destro has Zealot/DoK tactic based AoE healdebuffs, so giving Sorc/Magus spammable -25% healdebufg which might stack with the tactic based ones is kinda weird balance (especially when balancing via gear should never be a thing). But you have other weird gear balancing like Engis with several armor debuff procs they can spam around with AoE, or Init AoE proc debuffs.
Incoming and outgoing procs however do stack (though don't remember any procs giving outgoing effect, WE/WH being part of unique mechanic) - say healer casts 1000 heal but has -50% outgoing effect, so out goes just 500 - and target has -50% inc healdebuff, so from the 500 leaving healer only 250 lands on debuffed target.

So, if a DoK uses AoE reduction and magus uses full Bastion, those wlll stack to 75% healing reduction additively?

Using all existing proc stack rules, yes.
Which is why latest "balancing via gear" are getting bit out of hand. You have classic dpsZealot with -50% incoming healdebuff when doing AoE dmg (or rare dps DoK) - and now they handed spammable -25% inc healdebuff for BW/Sorc/Magus Bloodlord sets. Considering how ability/proc + tactic stack, it can lead to some real balance issues in the future.

However, game is buggy, so who knows what stacks with what, or if devs have take precaution and prevented from having those spammable -25% inc heal procs not stack with other procs.

edit; tested, they dont stack as for now, zealot hdebuff + sorc 7pc proc
