Problem with some quests

Hi there!
I've recently come back after a long hiatus and jumped right into the 2x weekend!
I finished a multitude of kill quests etc, but have found that I have a few that are impossible to turn in, as the NPC is not in the corresponding camp, or the NPC has no quest to turn in .
Culling the Weak, for example. A kill quest in Talabecland where the NPC is still available but I can't turn it in.
Bloody 'ungry in Black Fire Pass
and Defending Fangbreaka Swamp
Was hoping to turn these in during the 2x but not sure if they are possible to turn in anymore!
