Is there any chance that the files are somewhere in the client, and that a female mara can be possibly added?

there are north female "mara "in game, some npc around are like that (they are just human models..) more like the question is if there are working mutations and gear for female body which answer is probably not

The model for the non mutated ones are the female WC guards imo.

While we are on the issue of female skins, ironbreaker armour is sexist. My rather dashing female ironbreaker always has a big gap for a beard. Yet, alas, she have no beard. An oppressed untermensch!

I have always felt that dwarf armor leaves the neck exposed in many cases. Some aventails, coifs, or gorgets would be needed to make a lot of the IB gear more protective.
