Farming lvl 200 Fragments, Scavenging

Anyone know any good spots where there are level 40 champ mobs to farm outside of dungeons?

All help is appreciated!

And tell you my secret spot that will be then heavily camped by all these forum lurkers?
Detangler and alts - 84 Chosen, other 40s - DoK, Zealot, SH, WE, BG, BO
Destro - Mostly Harmless
Tangler and alts - 8X IB, other 40s - RP, SM
Order - Most dishonorable

For order, final chapter empire is decent enough for scavenging. All final chapters will drop lvl 200 fragments.

I PMd him some specific spots. Gotta know the secret handshake to get in the club finding all the best spots :)
