Exploit(?) Altdoft City siege S2?

Hiya, played an Altdorf defence this morning (AD time) and was in a pug going up against premade Dessy wb in instance Altdorf 2. Since we were in a PUG low on heals and tanks vs what looked like a solid premade wb, we were prolly gonna get stomped no matter what - BUT before stage 2 even started they swarmed our spanw and started attacking our champ NPC getting them down to 45% health and 90-ish before the stage even started…. is this by design and OK? felt really lame...

Suppose if they did not taje army recal and the mobs spawn and start moving before barriers are open it would be exploit

Don't you get ported back even if you don't use it.
I wasn't able to use army recall because I was stuck between some tent and a lamp throughout stage 1 but got ported to the begging of stage 2 when I was supposed to.

Maybe there is time between spawning mobs before the forced recall

Yeah agree, but not the case here. Mobs were at spwan inside the barrier and did not move. Dessy attacked them too as they were killing us when we were respawning after S1.

I was also in that particular City Siege order site and was as Op said. Destro were able to attack both our champs and us in the barrier area before stage 2 happened.For some reason i cant attach the screenshots that i took while they did this.

Bug exploit upto devs and they read bug reports
