The city's system is broken

Today I realized that the city's system is broken.

24 x 24 players the following happens:

Destro won the 3 stages, something that is very common, Destro is winning 70% of the cities.

In my instance, we missed the 3 stages with 5 stars.

Destro stage 1: 24 x 3 medals = 72
Destro stage 2: 24 x 3 medals = 72
Destro stage 3: 24 x 5 medals = 120

Total: 264 medals.

Order stage 1: 24 x 1 medals = 24
Order stage 2: 24 x 1 medals = 24
Order stage 3: 24 x 0 medals = 0

Total: 48 medals.

264 - 48 = 216 difference medals.

This means that the Destro will get the set sov faster. Taking the set faster the victory rate can reach 90% or more.

Not to mention when part of the set falls again. This difference will increase much more.

It is worth highlighting the impact of SH in the city. He jumps in the middle of the warband, uses the skill that increases the CD and he doesn't die because he is harder than a tanker.

Order stage 3: 24 x 0 medals = 0
You should be getting 1 x [Royal Crest] for stage 3 som im not sure where this is from.

The final score was
Order 6
Destruction 9

Which was a 60% Destruction win. This was a City Siege of Rating 5, a city of a 5 rating is not meant to be the norm and takes 72 Hours to build up that rating.

If you are using the % of instances won it is only fair you do that in the medallion calculation.

Assuming whoever won the instance won every round

However you have to consider that people didnt lose every stage and people didnt win every stage. There were also 720 people playing in that Altdorf Siege.
