Return of Reckoning

I don’t mind a healthy faction number imbalance (-+ 20%). Without it we’d be perpetually stuck in TM, and no one wants that. Frankly I enjoy defending more anyway.

If we get to a point where Altdorf stays at 1 star for a couple of months straight, that would be the time to start looking at things.

So with significant imbalance, you don't get loot rolls on taking keeps? This is the info I was looking for. Pretty content with the implementation in that case.
