I've seen both unfortunately there is no recipe info on 60 toughness - 5% melee crit chance anywhere ...

So yesterday I saw a WE with a Liniment that gives +5% melee crit chance and 60% toughness.
Any idea whats the recipe or where I can find it ?

It's +60 toughness not plus 60% toughness. Im sure you meant that but just in case.

I believe it's Primal Grace that you need which comes from butchering, just in case you didn't get the answer.

This liniment (+5% melee crit chance and 60 toughness) is called Savage Vigor and comes from a seed called Black Hellebore.
