It is not needed to completely seperate Solo/PUG vs Full Premade, just implement some matchmatching algoritm or improve current one. I would like to allow every one to have fun and balanced competition, not one side play during cities. ( General scenarios let's not be considered, at least for now, as you can queue any time and last max. 15min ).

At this moment we have ranked scenarios, so there is for sure a match matching system which base on player ranking and class.

How about making something similar for cities ? It does not need to be visible for a player, but each one could get a rank base on completed matches. It will take a time for system at the beginning to properly evaluate everyone ( maybe start with renow rank / unlocked tomes ) but at the end we could have balanced competition. 6-man, 12-man, full Warband groups could receive some factors in addition.

To summarize - solution is a proper matchmaking system / algorithm which not take people from the queue how they are one by one but adjust, group together base on rated skill.

My favourite part of this thread is the guy saying pugs dont have social skills. Its like someone thinking pornhub means they have a sex life.

If you look at it objectively - if most city groups, from both sides and both group types, result to mumbo-jumbo nonsense like queuing "from 12th to 8th minute" to not face a any premade (again, from either side), you know you have a systemic problem that needs some sort of an adjustment.

End of the discussion there. Anyone trying to argue otherwise is trying to protect their favourite way to get cities done...

Ofc actually finding a resolution is what warrants a discussion and testing. I for one have no idea how to solve this.

Destro can't que from "12th to 8th" minute because they will not get a pop. Quing insta and having one guy crash often results in no pop.

Except that's not the case. Destro needs to queue up ASAP to get in, and even then there's no guarantee unless it's one of those rare EU primetime cities with 30+ instances.

We all know why - there's generally more destro queueing for city than there is order and forming 24-man WBs gives you a higher chance of getting in as 24-man WBs are given priority. Doesn't matter if it's 24 people in a perfect premade or 24 random shitters, the chances of getting in are the same. This has been happening since week 1 of cities when destro tried to solo queue and didn't get into the siege (and then raged).

Just make it max 6 man queue. No solo / no 12 man / no 18 / no 24. 6 man queue only. 2/2/2 Force it.
