What's changed since December?

Hey all! I haven't really touched RoR since December, can someone fill me on what's changed?

Cities are out, population is much higher than it was last year, sov and warlord gear also both released alongside the city instances. Ranked just got a big update recently and new sets associated.

There are a number of other balance changes you can find in the old patch notes, but that's the cliffnotes version!
