Any way to get my guild back from a random player that got it

My destro guild Destro guild, da festering scabs, was given to a random player that I never booted.
I mailed him, but he doesn’t respond and just logs on once every three weeks. All the characters in that guild are mine except for three that should’ve been kicked

Guilds move on their own if you don't take care of them. Leave, make a new one, or wait around for him to actually go inactive.

He is inactive. He just logs on for one minute.
I ranked and created this guild, alone, from rank one.
It is literally just for me and my alts.

He joined to invite my alts to my guild. It’s all in the guild activity.
I took a break- this new guild policy was added- and now I’m locked out of my guild.
