It will kill city - no drop for solo or /5 premade with "non meta" careers means this people don't go at all. With order low pop - almost all registered enter into a mirror, destro with high pop - have issues with enter. Let's do some math, order will have 2 guild premade wb, 4 /5 wb, 10 groups, 30 solos and destro will have 3 guild premade wb, 6 /5 wb, 15 groups, 45 solos - ~100 destro miss city. Remove 1/4 from /5 wb, 1/2 from groups and all solos - ~80 order and ~180 destro miss city. Between 100 unutilized and 260 unutilized players - first is better. Silver bullet is improve fraction pop balance, all can get city, matchmaker will help fit mirros with more complicated rules then FIFO, and everybody will be happy. But not in this world.

About contribution - can try to remove additional punishing part from death, he already died - enough punishment. Yes, it'll give green light to "lemming" strategy. Fight again and again and again better then do 1-2 fights and stay afk somewhere on map, at least "WAR NEVER ENDS".

Well if you remove bags then the tokens awarded would have to be reworked.

* 3/2 per phase
** 4/3 per phase
*** 5/3 per phase
**** 6/4 per phase
***** 7/4 per phase

Something like that. But then even less reason to not afk if you think the instance is a loss.
