Maruader Charge

The charge and flee are bugged out all the time, I reload and it will fix for a bit , then it will bug again. The bug is that it will only let you have one or the other equipped, I will have 2 flee or 2 charge on my bar instead of having one of each. Is anyone else having this happen?

I've never seen this bug happen, that's super weird. Trying clearing your cache.
