Hero Entity attacking keep Lord

What's with this Hero lvl 56 called "your own stupidity" attacking keep lord at high pass this morning?
We were funneling bottom and lord begins to lose health. I go up to investigate and Lord is close to the back wall being killed by this thing, while being attackable by order too.
Is this some kind of joke server or what?
