Is there a log kept somewhere of the realms' online populations at different hours of the day? Not just a feelings kind of thing, but hard numbers with time stamps?

I'm curious to see if there's a "tipping point" of population disparity after which zone captures become more frequent.

I'm also curious how long it takes the population to "recover" after a city siege.
