TV was great!

Hey RoR staff,

This week for TV has been great. So many people I know have enjoyed it because of the setup of TV. Large map which spreads out the zergs of 24 people. If a 6 man joins they can always hold the middle and fight as many people as they want. Or if you want to protect a flag and have small fights you can do that. Or if you want to hang out near lava and punt people in you can do that.

I know lots of people who have been playing TV without need crest so they is not the only reason why people enjoy it. I hope the devs keep adding it 1/2 times a month. It is a lot of fun, maybe we can get some stage 1 cities changes like TV to break up the zerg.

It is a great SC indeed, the tactical depth of it is refreshing.
The number of opponents is not a preponderous factor. The strategic acquisition of points and the smaller scale of skirmishes make it enjoyable - don't die in massive AoE in a sec :D

Cheers, Swizz

You must play in a 6 man who is scared to who the middle. You would not say it is boring, it is anything but. You can hold middle and fight everyone on the other side, but you won't because you want to pug stomp lol.

TV is what you make it and saw so many 6 mans running from fights.

Problem with TV is, you risk of getting no fights, even if you go middle. Games are too short, people are too scattered and busy playing their nascar speshul edition. Unlike good maps (e.g. Blackfire Basin) you ain't guaranteed to get a single half decent try of fight, because people can just dodge you on sight.

It could be solved, by either reducing points per tick, giving more points for kills, or even forcing people to interact with objectives.

Last thing it needs is giving more points for kills. You legit protect your areas and they have to choose to attack something else or take your BO. If you zerg you lose, if you are a group of 2-3 you pick left side or right side and defend it. Never have an issue getting 4-10 kills per 10.

You can't zerg wins, which is why it is fun. Lots of little fights, it could be 2-3 mins longer, so points don't gain that fast and it would be ok. There is more thinking involved than mindless zerging of all the other ones.

First time playing the scenario on ROR, I never played it on live.

I like it, alot infact - But the flags generate points way too fast imo

Should be cut in half so you can actually have a enjoyable fight in the scenario.

Some TVs are just a race, while others are an all out rumble. Once in awhile you will have a few on team that will back cap, while most of the team is stuck in.

U suggest to make premade and farm pug in respawn? Its better solution ? Better pvp style of play ?
