No point defending forts if vastly out numbered

Ive been to two forts since the changes to contribution where our side was out numbered two to one. Got many kills even on BOs, fougth in the lords room to defend, and got nothing for it because we couldnt take a BO. Most in the fort complaining of the same thing happening to them.

Before with the nascar you could find an open or very lightly defended Bo get a couple kills and a flag flip. Now there are Multiple group sitting on each BO and the doors go down so fast, there is no way to get the contribution needed now.

So lopsided forts will just be even worse than before since there is no reason to show up and even try and slow them down.
Complete waste of time now.

Join a warband that can break the people holding BOs.
Last night in Butcher Pass my wb had no problem fighting and retaking BOs held by order groups, the problem came when it was time to hold the funnel since some of our healers kinda got stuck while we were going back in.

Even if 1:2 balance, they can't have enough defenders at one flag to prevent a full push by 1 faction on that flag. Apparently it needs some coordination but there is nothing wrong with it.
Dying is no option.
