All the ways to get Sov tokens

Hi all, been away for a while, so i got a simple question:
what are the possible ways to get Sov tokens?

Here's what I know for sure:
RvR bags (gold, blue, green)
Successful fort defense + bags in chest if you qualify
Shards
City stages + bags if you qualify

Here's what I am not sure about:
Successful fort attack (bags in chest maybe?)
Quests: are there any?

Is there anything else?

Yes there is another way.

All those require Invader unlock i believe.

You receive 3 Royals in a gold bag , 2 in a Purple, 1 in blue, 1 in green

on a successful fort def, you receive 1 royal, and invaders, and on keep takes, and keep Def ticks.

Yu only receive invaders on a successful fort attack,

rarely do forts since getting full invader a year half ago, but did one the other day. we won i received 5 invaders total just for winning the fort, but no royal crest.

Bizarre that you get a royal crest for successful fort defense and not for successful attack.
