actually its not bad idea rampage has cd 1min byt its undefendable same as wych/wh. slayers will use more carefully rampage for 10 sec. not 20sec byt only 10sec
noone complained about feinted position from wh/wych , all complains is about rampage ( even rampage , exauset rage = make your damage fluff, destro most of tames try kill u , punt u snare u . ) if u have chance use rampage is after immunities run to target and spam it , if u have einugh hp.
p.s pugs like to give free immunities to slayers , so when destro really need punt slayers rampage they are on immunities. did we talk in forum about giving free immunities?

How to fix Rampage:

- Remove the "undefendable" nonsense and just make it Y/X% Parry/Block (exact numbers can be tested and balanced for) Strikethru to allow Destro tanks some chance to defend against it.

It would still remain an incredibly powerful ability for how little investment it takes to get it but it wouldn't break siege warfare as much as it currently does.

Maybe because GTDC can be stopped with a simple taunt, and Rampage requires a chain of tanks shattering enchantment to stop it?

Not really, the pull is instant.

Not really, the pull is instant.
Yup it is, its also untargeted and only pulls one person, often times not even the person you want to pull.

That said, sure, sometimes its annoying and it will always pull one person, but its still super goddamn easy to stop and neuter the Choppas AoE damage. Comparing the two is silly.
