This can work both ways. Under no circumstances should a mara/choppa/WE be able to keep going after being hit in the face with molten plasma
Have u seen ranged dmg? it much much much more than melee
This is not true. MDPS deals more damage than RDPS. That's why we have melee trains.
or, you have melee trains because melee all have to be in the same place to hit the same target, because, they're, you know, melee......

The analogy being made between mara pull and WL pull is a bit indirect. The marauder pull cant kd, silence, maul, coordinate strike, leonine frenzy etc etc. I'm sure they'd use a tactic in exchange for all that.

So our pull is not as good as mara pull because our entire privileged Lion needs a tactic to make the entire Lion effective (including the pull) is more accurate.

Not sure what you mean by Privilege Lion, when using pet the Elf's DPS is 20% less than Loner spec without it, the damage balances out with the Lion. Plus relying on a Lion is obviously not as good as having something the main character can do by itself (such as aoe knockdown) because it doesn't work if you don't have the lion up or it's Dead.

Plus the speed tactic is also just about the Lion simply keeping up with you, half the utility and a good % of your characters DPS can't even keep up with you when mounted, it's a bit ridiculous.

After pet nerf+tough cap removal pet damage is nothing, for wl now it is only cc tool and used for +50% crit tactic (no range) or cs (35 feet range). In order to make lion somehow usable sacrificing tactic slot is too much when other heroes get everything without tactic.

also, again do not compare only to mara (which has aoe kd and a lot of more utility tools), but sh which has kd (with no pet required and can pounce+kd), has cd increaser and has much more survivability than wl.

WL is the most pet-depentent hero for both dmg and utility and sacrificing tactic slot to make pet viable is like not fair at all.

Correct. Light armor should get squished in melee. Under no circumstances should a sorcerer/bright wizard/shaman/archmage/other light armor wearer be able to sit there and tank being hit in the face with an axe or sword because a potion makes their robes harder than diamond.

Also bring WH/WE up to medium armor.
What about ranged physical dps? They should melt everything?
They've never melted anything, and while removing the armor potion meta will certainly buff their damage by consequence, I don't believe it'd be enough to cause them to suddenly be melting. Not to mention that they all wear light armor and are just as smushed in melee as the elemental damage types would be.

Especially if WH/WE aka melee classes, are brought up to melee armor.

Oh, and physical ranged class/builds don't have any reliable ability to strip armor.

They shouldn't do anything which touches their healing at all as right now that is in a good place and balanced, just some tweaks to a few things to make the DPS specs at least slightly viable
Nononono

STAY AWAY FROM ZEALOT/RP

I dont trust the Devs to even come close to doing it justice, and even if they work only on the DPS side they will manage to **** up the class somehow.

This sort of sentiment isn't going to stop us from making changes to any class, it's just a bit rude. If you want to see changes that are suggested by the community, put them on the BDF.
