More of this doomtalk, we not going to run out of order because theres plenty of people that actually enjoy playing the underdog than sitting on their dinosaur and watching a keepdoor slowly tick down.
What you noticing is just x-realmers, doing what they do best: joining up on the "winning" side and maximize their lootgain. They decide the ebb and flow, order doesnt win without them.

After the loser reward reduction change for city and forts people might be swapping sides a little bit to join the winning side but they are just deceiving themselves because winning side is only winning more because they probably have more leaders recruiting from /5 and coordinating their RvR effords. Just play the game on your own pace, population usually swing back and fort

I kinda don't get whole conception of "winning side". You can have 10:1 or better k:d ratio as underdog, if you pick your fights and avoid the zerg. Your zone lock rewards are based on your contribution (kills), it doesn't matter who locks the zone in the end. It also doesn't matter which side is pushing which City, as long as YOU win YOUR instance.

I agree that there's not really a losing side when both sides get rewards, but the farmed side usually gets much less RPs etc, that AAO doesn't really balance out. Aside from the AAO buff, the keep guards and lords need to be scaled with the ratio, much like Mythic did in DAoC. Lately it's been consistently 1:2.5 ratio where you can't really even slow the push down, let alone stall or stop it. Making the NPCs scale off the balance ratio would at least make things more interesting.

will it be? what does it make you say so? maybe the deep knowledge of population mechanics you achieved after 48h in game?
As any experienced player can tell: population swing periodically, just wait a couple of months and Order will be dominating again.

Lets suposse that we have a perfect population balance for the 24h/7d-week => whats suposed to happen with 500ppl each realm fighting each other??

Really dont need to wait a couple months, just simply play at late-night EU or NA timezone and will see how population flip to order...
