Return of Reckoning

There seems to be no evidence of A) the mark you're supposed to have, nor B) where to use it anywhere that I can see in the areas I'm supposed to look.

I've asked in game and no one seems to know.

Is this quest bugged, or am I missing something?

For anyone that is still puzzled about this.

You start the quest by right-clicking the flag/banner (Ravenseer's Mark) beside the quest giver (Karaa Ravenseer).

It will teleport you and the quest giver to another location, click on him (Image of Karaa) when teleported to complete the first view. Continue clicking on the flag and then on the quest giver until all three views are complete.

Yep, quest is bugged. Tried with a friend to complete it, but you can only travel by flags. If you speak to images, it does not counts towards quest progress.
