Hiya!

First and foremost, before you ask WHY, this is a test project for myself and I'm just sharing the results for fun :)

* For anyone interested, below is a summary made 99% by ChatGPT3, 0.99% by a cleanup and forum formatting script (also partly made by GPT lol..) and 0.01% by manual touchup.
* This is a 95.6% reduction of the original Patch Notes (1.63M => 72.3k characters), as such much is either very simplified or completely unmentioned.
* It's based on posts from Change Logs, there's supposed to be 462 but only ended up with 439 (so technically not all.. but may fixed later)
* You can visit https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/Patch_Note_Summaries for summaries with links to each individual patch ( a 70% total reduction )
* ChatGPT can handle summarizing about 3-5K characters at a time, this means the data has been chunked and reprocessed multiple times (both of which introduces some error)
* the model really likes to include lot of bug info, since they often would be formatted in a summarized way already, this means first pass summarize could have missed out on stuff.
* while I've tried to tell it what to focus on, the bot obviously haven't played the game and it shows..
* Some of the earlier patch notes included french and/or german translations, this seems to have greatly confused the bot. Sometimes resulting in summarizing in german/french, other times just saying there's mutliple languages and not summarizing anything.


Anyways, hopefully it will be useful to anyone trying to find changes and struggling to get it from googling/searching forum!
