Trying to get the Explorer’s Kit Tome for Chaos. Instructions on Wiki are:

"Fly to Troll Country and head North West to the high lakes above the Bonegut Tribe (Major Landmark).
Search for the Fishy Gnoblar (Champion Lvl 18) patrolling the small lakes in the area."

I've ran all around the area for about an hour and could not find this mob. Has anyone done it?

I did it. It's a roaming champion. Try to search for him north east of ogre landmark.
