[Guide] Role and Positioning Tips for Warband Play

Hello, as this is my first forum post I kind of have to introduce myself a bit.
My main is a Dwarfen Slayer RR84, some of you possibly know me as Rathra.
I think I have played all content in this game from solo leveling in Tier 1 to leading open warbands without comms.
Joining a guild and finding friends to play with. Which in the end resulted in playing and leading in organised content like City Siege, Midscale League as well as some Ranked 6v6 and I have to say it was one of the most fun I've had ever playing video games.
Anyways...

I put together a basic Warband guide for newer players to help them find their way into open/organised warbands easier. Enjoy this Guide and see you on the battlefield!

Edit: I am open to any improvements and I will add things if anyone wants to contribute!

Really nice one, I like that it's short, easy to read, and you can pretty much just link it to a new player in warband, and he would figure out what he needs to pay attention to, to become a functioning member of an org WB.

Nice. I like the diagrams. Speaking of which, the diagrams imply this but the tips for healers doesn't explicitly call it out that while healers need to stay off the front line they should also be sure to stay relatively close (30-45 ft) behind the tanks and avoid clustering. Nothing excites a warband leader more than seeing a bunch of healers clustered 50+ feet behind their front line with no chance of getting help in time as the mdps dive in on them. They also make a nice target for those staggers you mentioned shouldn't be spammed.

Fantastisch, mein Freund!

A concise and helpful guide for players who want to dip their toes in and begin to understand and learn the fundamentals of proper warband functions within different roles in organized gameplay.

As a healer, moving to the enemy heal line is such a big divider between new and experienced healers. I know its not necessary or possible to be done in every single fight, but as a DPS you start to notice the names of people you consistently find in your path as you're flanking a melee ball. And its a such a big impact to kill an out of position healer or simply disrupt their rotation.

Thank you for your feedback, I will add some things Aethilmar and Rotgut said when I have more time.

Yes the diagrams are not 100% accurate in terms of distance, but you guys will figure it out by yourself ;)
