The pounce can be used to catch kiters if you spec ”elixir of shadows” and pop that to get insta stealth and then use the pounce opener.

Thx lol. I feel kind of torn with what that replaces. I might have been the only person who used the old talent that replaced because over the course of its duration it did like close to 2k dmg and in 1v1 detaunting another melee with that running was like a free 1/4 their hp when you were knocked down anyways for half of its time.

To be fair WE and WH escape back in original game used to be able to be used after getting knocked back or pulled also on half the cd so thats not new. If thats what you mean by in the air.

Nydig, welcome back. I’ve also recently started playing again.

I’m also wondering how the WS and Initiative changes impacted or opened other builds.

About the pounce, it doesn’t always connect well and while it may snare, sometimes you land far from the other player, meaning even though they are snared it still takes a few seconds to catch up. The elixir of shadows paired with the snare is a great catchup combination.

Ya i noticed very quickly you dont land anywhere near a moving target lol.

I need to find a build to run for like keeps fort and city. Still feel so useless in those. I put on the aoe slice tactic last night for some keep stuff but didnt respec and slice did more dmg then i expected. Maybe ill try some kind of on your knees build to just join the aoe spam fest.

Made a t1 mara last night and in a sc had like 4 choppa and me just spamming aoe it was comically stupid but it seems to match up with my t4 exp of white lions and slayers mindlessly spamming and still just out damaging any heals. Im def not so sure about whatever they changed where every sc has at least 2 to 3 WL all in the spin to win spec.
