What will prevent WL from pouncing again after landing?

Where you hear that? As far as I know, there is no change to pounce because that would mean other abilities would also have to change. For example, if WLs can't pounce on keeps, Rift/Magnet would also not be able to pull people from the top. Maybe even Marauder pull would not work if that is the case.

My guess is we will wait 'til T4 before changing pounce. :?

Though all the 5 second CD would do is stop WLs from spamming that ability anytime someone is kiting. Never understood why the ability was ever made in the first place as other mdps don't have it. On top of that, WLs, of all classes, already have fetch to counter rdps and healers who are out of range. ;)

Increased ap cost on successive use, 1 pounce 30 ap, used again within 5 secs 60 ap, and again 120 ap.

Pull kind of does the opposite of pounce. Instead of jumping head first into a zerg, you pull a sorry bastard into a zerg. :lol: Sure WLs could do the same, and it was undefendable for WLs as where Marauder's could be disrupted. Knockdown helps but it only lasts so long but if Aza can fix it where punts will actually stop the ability from working while they are in the air, that would be AMAZING!

Dunno how hard that is to implement though but it would be a nice update because every tank immediately ignores a WL when he wants to punt something because they know the WL would just pounce right back and would help healers have an extra second of breathing room when they punt someone. ;)

That is super unrealistic. I know a lot of people hate pounce on Destro but there are better solutions than increasing the AP cost to ridiculous levels.

Still waiting on Bretin to say it's a L2P issue. :lol:
